I have struggled with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) after being diagnosed with it three years ago. Everyday I will post some tips on how it is possible to lose weight with it fighting against you. First thing I will talk about is the eating plan. In these three years I have searched dozens of times for the right eating plan without having to do ANOTHER diet. The best eating plan that I have found for PCOS is the low glycemic index diet.
